SHIPPING

Our current processing/shipping time frame from the moment of purchase untill your order is shipped from our warehouse is within 3-5 business days. Custom Wigs ships within 7-15 business days.  

Please note:  The shipping time frame during holidays & sales extends between 7-10 business days. Once your order is placed we will not cancel or refund any pending orders.

We only ship to confirmed addresses, please make sure your billing & shipping addresses are the same, otherwise we will cancel the order and issue a refund. Also we only ship Monday - Friday via UPS 

For our overseas customers please note you are responsible for any additional customs costs that you may incur in order to clear your items.

Please note: for our vendor lists, they are digital downloads, therefore you will be able to access the FILES immediately. All sales are final!
